After 6 years of gaining insight and working with many different companies in the financial services industry, founder and CEO Brandon Allen traded in his suits and ties for khakis and carabiners to facilitate corporate team building at Camp Joy in Cincinnati, OH. While at Camp Joy Brandon met fantastic people and worked with great facilitators and consultants. While earning his masters degree in human resource development, he was asked to draw a diagram of his past, present, and future. In those moments of drawing stick figures on a piece of flip chart paper, he saw in his mind those fantastic people in need, and those great consultants with the right tools come together. Smart People Inc. is the realization of that dream.
